On Monday they dropped the doctor dropped my medicine off and went over my blood work, on Tuesday I got paid and bought cigarettes,sugar and soda. On Wednesday I slept all day and Mark came over and chilled. On Thursday morning I had a doctor’s appointment and they referred me to an orthopedic because she thought my shoulder pain may have been my rotator cuff torn and she also called in for a nebulizer and ibuprofen 600 milligrams for my shoulder pain. Then I had group where we had pizza and wings and I got my haladol injection.
On Friday morning I had my dentist appointment where I was fitted for my dentures, I get them next week. Then my mom and I went to a sovaviki place for lunch, I got a chicken solvicki with sweet potato fries and a Pepsi and coffee. Then we went to a orthopedic clinic as a walkin but I’d been there before in 2023 when I broke my foot so they saw me at 1pm, they did an X-ray of my shoulder and I have tendonitis of my left shoulder. They said to take 600 milligrams of ibuprofen 3 times a day and do 20 minutes of ice throughout the day.
I’m icing it now, it’s killing me. They moved it a lot at the doctors office. The only time it doesn’t hurt is when ice is on it. Then we went to Walgreens where my mom bought me ibuprofen, sugar,an ice pack and icy hot. Then she dropped me off at home with twenty dollars she gave me to buy cigarettes. I took my stuff upstairs with my leftovers from lunch, put everything on my bed, used the bathroom cause I had to pee. Then went to the store to buy cigarettes and two sodas.
This week, Monday their dropping my meds off and the pharmacy is dropping my ibuprofen off. Tuesday I get paid and a cab is coming to get me to take me into my therapy office. Wednesday I’m not doing anything, Thursday I have group. Friday I have a dentist appointment and I’m getting my dentures and hopefully going out to eat with my mom or to Tim Hortons.
Came home, smoked a cigarette. Took a nap, then my roommate went to work the overnight. Called my mom, smoked another cigarette. Took another three ibuprofen, iced my arm, ate my left overs for dinner. Tried to find someone to come over and chill with me but couldn’t. Watched some tv. Was in bed and asleep by nine.
